Eclipse Custom Manufacturing Division

Eclipse Automation’s welding and custom fabrication division located in its own facility on Thompson Drive in Cambridge has a respected reputation for producing high-quality, on-time custom fabricated products for production runs and one-piece custom fabrications.

Whether it is a ‘build to print’ or working with the client to optimize a custom designed fabrication, Eclipse has the talent and experience in a wide variety of industries to provide a quality solution. Electronic data can be accepted in a variety of 2D and 3D CAD formats including iges, stp, dwg, dxf, sld, pdf and many others.

Eclipse has the experience and capabilities to work with a wide variety of materials ranging from thin gauge sheet to heavy pre-heated structural and plate in carbon steel, as well as stainless steel and aluminum.

With multiple cutting options including High Definition Plasma, Laser and Oxy Acetylene, a comprehensive machine shop that contains both manual and CNC machine tools along with Mig/Tig and Fluxcore welding carried out to CWB standards. Eclipse is capable of providing the right solution to handle even the most demanding industrial fabrication projects.
