  • Minimum of 7 Years Mechanical Design in a Custom Automation Environment
  • Tool design experience in the nuclear industry would be considered an asset

  • 5+ years experience as a Tool & Die Maker / MTBI Journeyman in a custom automation facility
  • Must be able to travel for long periods of time

  • Completed an Apprenticeship in an automation environment and have a Certificate of Qualification for General Machinist
  • 5 years or more experienced machinist
  • 2 years’ experience programming using Mastercam

  • Has successfully completed a Welder’s Certificate
  • Must have up do date GTAW, GMAW, MCAW certificates

  • Strong programming, mechanical and electrical problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of robotics, control systems and machine operation with hands-on experience.
