Eclipse Expands Into South Carolina

With five buildings just off highway 401 in Cambridge, Ontario’s industrial district,   Eclipse Automation, announced its next expansion phase into Rock Hill, South Carolina. As a provider of automated systems for a variety of industries, Eclipse is no stranger to the United States with two other locations. Eclipse can also service its customers globally through the formal collaboration of the Smart Automation Group in Europe and Southeast Asia. Strategic locations and partnerships allow Eclipse to support their customers with solutions and manufacturing strategies that are unique to the industry.

Set to open in March 2019, the $4.6 million investment at 1510 Cedar Line Drive in Rock Hill, S.C. is a sizeable 57,000 square-foot facility. It is projected to create 90 new jobs over the next five years in South Carolina alone and will also generate many career opportunities at the home office in Cambridge.
